About Me
I'm M A HAFIZ, an Engineer with a background in Biomedical Engineering and a focus on Human-Robot Interaction and Intuitive Control Systems.
Skilled in Python, C++, MATLAB, C#, ROS, and simulation tools like MuJoCo, I specialize in developing intelligent and human-friendly robotic solutions.
At FAPS (FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg), I developed a complete web-based Acceptance Model Generator for configuring robot types, task contexts, and team dynamics in HRI. I also completed a research internship at ETH Zurich on biomedical imaging.
My M.Sc. thesis explores gesture-based control of the Franka Emika Panda robot using EMG signals in real-time MuJoCo simulations. I am currently working on implementing the system on the actual Franka Emika Panda robot in the lab.
I hold a B.Sc. in EEE from CUET and have completed M.Sc. coursework in Medical Engineering at FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg.
